2. Ambulance; After receiving information from the public through any means, going to the accident site and transporting the patient to the hospital or destination;
(B: Note: Dead bodies and infectious patients are not transported); In case of patient transfer, the patient's details should be given through the prescribed form/phone call, the form of which can be obtained from the concerned service center/fire station; a) Transportation of accident victims - free of cost.
b) For non-AC ambulances for patient transport:
1) Up to 8 km in all areas of the country, 300/- taka.
2) From 8 km to 16 km, 500/- taka.
3) Above 16 km, 15/- taka will be added for each additional kilometer.
4) If the stay of the patient is essential during the transport, a waiting fee of 50/- taka for every hour or part thereof.
5) Supply of each oxygen cylinder 600/- taka.
c) In case of patient transportation-(AC vehicle):
1) Up to 8 km in all areas of the country, 500/- taka.
2) From 8 km to 16 km, 1,000/- taka.
3) Above 16 km, 20/- taka will be added for each additional kilometer.
4) If the stay of the patient is essential during transportation, waiting fee is 50/- taka for every hour or part thereof.

4. Fire report (in case of damage ranging from one taka to two lakh taka) Fire report shall be provided on the basis of the report of the investigation committee after the affected person/organization submits a written application along with the necessary documents; Documents:

4. Photographs of damaged goods

In case of uninsured organizations and insured organizations, 150/- (one hundred and fifty) and 1500/- (one thousand five hundred) taka and 15% VAT. The original invoice should be deposited through treasury challan to Bangladesh Bank/Sonali Bank with original money code No. 1-7361-0000-2009
and VAT code No. 1-1133-0040-0311
